Details

White kaolin clay, is made up of microscopic hydrated aluminum crystals known as kaolinite, formed over millennia by the hydro-thermal decomposition of granite rocks. Due to it's benign nature we recommend using this gentle clay to exfoliate and absorb unwanted oils from the skin — unlike our French clays, white kaolin clay will not strip all natural oils from the skin.

This clay may also be combined with herbs and essential oils for additional healing effects.

Features

🌘 White kaolin clay is excellent for use as a base ingredient when combined with herbal treatments and essential oils.
🌗 It's inert mineral make-up makes it the most gentle clay available for facial masks and skin treatments.

Use & Care

Mix one tablespoon of clay powder with 2-3 teaspoons of water until a paste is formed. Apply the paste to the desired area using a finger, sponge or soft brush. Wait for the clay to dry. After 10-15 minutes gently wash off the clay mask and moisturize skin. Take note, clay powders can stain fabrics so be aware of this when applying white kaolin clay.

To care for your white kaolin clay powder — store in an air-tight container, keep dry.
